The Zofeur Black Service

How does this differ from the standard Zofeur service?

Zofeur Black is your full-time dedicated chauffeur, meaning that your Zofeur is always on hand in agreed hours and gets to know your every need. The technology in the Zofeur Black app helps us sync to your every need and gives you and your family complete control. The subscription service is monthly and can be paused and restarted as required.The standard Zofeur service is an on-demand service that will drive your car whenever you need it on a per-trip basis.

How do I choose between the three tiers of service?

EXECUTIVE is aimed at the busy professional who needs a reliable, trustworthy and discrete chauffeur to free up their time and add convenience to theirs and their family’s lives.

PRESTIGE is aimed at those who need their chauffeur service to say something about their style and place in society and a chauffeur with a greater degree of experience in ‘mobile buttlering’ for a very high level of personal service.

ULTRA EXECUTIVE is for those with the ultimate need for unique presentation and attention to detail, by those with the greatest experience of catering to high-end individuals and who are looking for a little more nous and autonomy in their chauffeurs to anticipate every requirement. They might perhaps be required to have greater knowledge of their client’s particular vehicles or business sector.

What can I ask my Zofeur to do?

Your Zofeur will take care of all your family and group’s travel arrangements with your own car and if briefed, will ensure that your instructions over your vehicles care and maintenance are followed, such as regular cleaning and servicing with your preferred mechanics and garages.

As a ‘mobile butler’ they will be your valet, coachman and manservant on the road, attending to errands you or your family set in the app, such as picking up and delivering items. They can liaise with your regular and ad-hoc contacts and suppliers and will do their best to find any required new contacts or services, supported by the Zofeur head office.

Your Zofeur can travel with you internationally to drive and support you in other locations worldwide for single day trips or extended durations by arrangement and subject to tier of service.

They can use their pre-paid card to buy, collect and deliver regular and ad hoc items up to their pre-approved level. They can also hunt for items and services and share images and information with you prior to purchase.If you require a more specialized service, please contact our Membership Manager to discuss your needs.

What is your definition of full-time service?

Zofeurs work a 12-hour daily shift between the hours of your choosing 5 days per week, however alternative regular or occasional arrangements can be made through the app or by speaking to our Membership Manager or with your Zofeur.

How does it work for my family and guests?

Zofeur Black is for all your full-time chauffeuring needs and this extends to anyone in your circle, whoever and however you wish to fill the time allocation. Anyone can be connected to your account through their own app or you can give their contact phone and WhatsApp details to your Zofeur to liaise directly.

What if there’s a calendar clash?

You have superuser control of the account and can prioritize your Zofeur’s time accordingly. If two or more requirements happen at the same time, your Zofeur can also call on our reserve pool of trained Zofeurs to pick up another of your vehicles and complete the other tasks, for an additional fee that you approve in the app.

How can I pause and restart the service?

If for any reason, and for any duration of 7 days or more you wish to pause or restart the service, simply give us 7 days’ notice in the app. You will be billed only for the days you use in that month up to the pause.

What app integrations do you offer?

Currently our app integrates with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Google Calendar, Googlemail, Apple Calendar (iCAL), Zoho Calendar, WhatsApp, Evernote and OneNote.The app integrates fully with your Apple and Android systems to give you access to picture and audio tools using your phone’s cameras and microphone.

How do you select your chauffeurs?

Zofeur Black Identifies the best existing Zofeur chauffeurs for Zofeur Black training based on their reviews and user experience. This ensure they have a high level of local knowledge, are proven to be trustworthy, reliable, skilled in driving and have good interpersonal skills.

For specialized requests we can also target unique individuals with the required skills and background in the UAE and in home countries. Through our recruitment partner.

What are the stages of training?

All Zofeur Black chauffeurs undertake a full 12-stage process that they must pass with an 85% success rate in order to become certified.

These are: Driver Skills; Mobile Butlering; Car Valeting; Basic Car Maintenance; Communications; Security Awareness & Protocols; Medical Awareness & Protocols; Dubai Driving Insight; Personal Presentation; Zofeur Black Hub Support & App use, Time and Calendar Management; and Personal Shopping.

What does the certification promise?

Certification is your guarantee that your Zofeur has passed mandatory police background checks, has passed all 12 modules of the training course and has committed to keep their training up to date with all our monthly refresher and latest information modules.

If in any way your experience of the Zofeur fails to meet your expectations and our promise, your Zofeur will undertake a re-certification test. Zofeur also mystery-shops our team to ensure the optimal service is being delivered as per our guarantee.

Is the training accredited?

The training is delivered by a combination of Zofeur’s in-house training team and 3rd party experts in Health and Safety, Security Driving, Butlering and Personal Shopping (list any accreditation standards and who these third parties are if you have them).
